Submitting a new request
To start a new request for CRM, Live Ops and Analytics service, please follow these steps
1) Login to the Sonamine at https://sonamine.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
If you don't know have a user id, you can sign up for one using this link - https://sonamine.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/registration
If you have sent any requests to support@sonamine.com then you probably already have a userid. Click on "forgot password" to retrieve or set up a password.
You can also submit a request without signing in. However, you will not be able to track the request and its status without signing in.
2) After logging in, on the top right of this page, click on the "Submit a request" link:
3) Within the request form, under Product, select
4) Click submit! That's it.
Viewing existing requests
You can view your requests by click on the "Requests" link under your account in the top right corner.
