Sonamine's ticketing system uses a licensed Zendesk system to track customer requests and tickets.
As a Sonamine customer, you are able to manage your own requests and tickets. This includes creating, editing and tracking your own requests.
To use the Sonamine ticketing system to submit requests and tickets, you need to register a valid email address. Click on the following link to register.
You will then receive a verification email with a link to click on. After verification, you will be able to submit and manage your own requests.
